The Historic Davenport Hotel, Autograph Collection in Spokane, WA is hiring a Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will greet guests, guide menu choices, take orders, and ensure timely, polished service with attention to detail and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months to one year serving experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Guide guests through the menu with recommendations.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen/bar.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service.
• Clear tables and maintain a clean dining area.
• Process guest payments and handle cash accurately.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service.
• Contribute to creating memorable dining experiences.
