The Historic Davenport Hotel, Autograph Collection in Spokane, WA seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to lead the front desk team, ensure smooth check-in/check-out, and deliver exceptional guest service in a historic, luxury setting.

You will train staff, handle guest inquiries, maintain reservations accuracy, and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues. The role requires cash handling experience, strong communication, and flexibility including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience required or preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Effective communication with guests and team members.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.
• At least 6 months Front Desk experience.
• Proficient computer skills for reservations and check-in/out.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
• Lead and motivate the front desk team to provide exceptional customer service.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally.
• Train and onboard new front desk staff members.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of guest reservations and billing information.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve guest issues and enhance experiences.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
