Qualifications

• Minimum two years of histology experience or completion of an accredited program in Histotechnology.
• National Certification as a MT (ASCP) or HT (ASCP) required.
• Ability to train others and demonstrate good technique.

Responsibilities

• Perform histology and cytology procedures including specimen processing and slide preparation.
• Ensure positive sample, block and slide identification.
• Maintain reagents for routine stains and histology procedures.
