Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a certified Histology Tech program is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform and demonstrate competency per the Histology Competency Assessment Booklet.
• Meet turn-around-time standards.
• Maintain orderly filing system for blocks and slides.
• Block and slide preparation completed accurately.
