Responsibilities

• Provide developmental opportunities and coaching to staff to drive performance improvements.
• Translate business plans into tactical actions; manage team and allocate resources.
• Maintain testing and training standards; align training with strategic initiatives and regulatory changes.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and inspection checklists for laboratories and facilities.
