Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years experience as a Clinical Laboratory Scientist required.
• Bachelor's degree or applicable military experience replaced for degree.
• California Clinical Laboratory Scientist license required.

Responsibilities

• Verify proper specimen and test selection for patients.
• Analyze specimens following approved standard methods; perform quality control.
• Interpret results using reference ranges; validate results before release.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments; document maintenance.
• Report results per SOPs; train assistants and clerical staff.
