Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Histotechnology or related field required.
• HT/HTL ASCP certification required.
• State of Florida supervisory license appropriate to discipline required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical supervision and day-to-day oversight of Histology services.
• Lead Histology staff and act as primary technical resource for processes, instrumentation, QC, troubleshooting, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with pathology leadership to implement standardized policies, workflows, and quality initiatives.
• Ensure specimen integrity, quality, turnaround time, patient safety, and regulatory compliance across multiple facilities.
