Beth Israel Lahey Health in Massachusetts is seeking a Lead Histotechnologist to oversee Histology Operations under the Histology Supervisor and Anatomic Pathology Manager. You will supervise a team, ensure SOP compliance, and drive workflow improvements.

Ideal candidates have extensive high‑complexity histology experience, proficiency with IHC, special stains, and data reporting, and can lead multiple projects, train staff, and coordinate with clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a high‑complexity histology lab with special stains, IHC, EM, or IF.
• Autonomy to lead multiple projects and assist with staffing under leadership.
• Experience with computers, web-based apps, and Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilités

• Oversees full range of Histology tasks per SOPs and ensures staff compliance.
• Acts as expert resource and leads workflow and quality control.
• Trains Histotechnologists and residents; supervises on-call coverage.
