Qualifications

• Education and certification as specified (BS in lab science and ASCP or equivalent within 1 year).
• Experience in clinical lab coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate section staffing and scheduling.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and document control.
• Ensure compliance with CAP/AABB/TJC regulations and hospital policies.
• Oversee LIS planning and changes.
• Oversee inventory and supply requests within budget.
• Support staff training and competency assessments.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control.
