Responsibilities

• Oversees high-volume histology operations including specimen accessioning, tissue processing, embedding, microtomy, and staining.
• Ensures accurate, timely, and high-quality results.
• Maintains workflow efficiency, regulatory compliance, and optimal resource utilization.
• Under AP Manager, provides frontline leadership by coordinating daily activities, supervising staff, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting consistent service delivery.
