This hands-on role requires managing multiple open positions, meeting deadlines, and moving qualified candidates through the process.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting, hiring, HR, staffing, or personnel management.
• Experience managing high-volume hiring or multiple positions.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to prioritize urgent staffing needs with accurate documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, emails, spreadsheets, and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruitment for security officers, armed guards, supervisors, and scheduler positions.
• Create, post, refresh, and manage job advertisements on Indeed, CareerPlug, and other platforms.
• Review applications and resumes daily and maintain consistent follow-up with candidates.
• Conduct phone screenings, schedule interviews, and conduct in-person interviews as needed.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates to meet staffing needs.
• Coordinate the hiring process from application through onboarding, background checks, and docs.
• Track documents, clearances, and certifications; prioritize urgent staffing needs.
• Communicate hiring progress and recruitment needs to management.
