Job summary

Golden Years In-Home Senior Care is seeking caregivers to ensure the safety, health, and well-being of clients in their homes with tailored activities for meaningful engagement.

The role offers flexible schedules, competitive pay of $18–$20 per hour, and bonuses for last-minute and weekend fill-ins. CA Home Care Aide certification can be obtained through us.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+
• 1 year of caregiving experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Fully vaccinated or exemption
• Current TB test or clear X-ray
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
• CA Home Care Aide (HCA) certification (can be obtained through us)
• Willing to travel up to 25 miles if needed

Responsibilities

• Personal care, light housework, meal prep
• Shopping, errands, companionship
• Incontinence and dementia care, transfers, ADLs
