Job summary

Compleat Kidz in Monroe, NC is hiring Part-Time BTs and RBTs for afternoon shifts. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children in both clinic and in-home settings under supervision by a BCBA.

The role focuses on building communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors. Travel between clinics and client homes is required; RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days is needed.

Qualifications

• Must have active RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Desire to work with young children with behavioral challenges.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect data and complete session documentation.
• Support clients and families with professionalism and responsiveness.
• Teach skills in-the-moment to support progress and treatment integrity.
• Travel between clinics and client homes as required.

Position Overview - Part-Time Afternoons

We're hiring BTs & RBTs for Part-Time afternoon shifts at our Monroe Clinic.
You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children in both clinic and in-home settings. Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.
