Job summary

Compleat Kidz is hiring for Part-Time afternoon BTs and RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA services to children in clinic and home environments, under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors, with supervision and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification within 30 days.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Desire to work with young children with behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children in clinic and in-home settings.
• Under supervision of a BCBA, implement behavior plans and collect session data.
• Travel between clinics and client homes as required.

Position Overview - Part-Time Afternoons

We're hiring BTs & RBTs for Part-Time afternoon shifts at our Monroe Clinic. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children in both clinic and in-home settings. Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect data and complete session documentation
• Support clients and families with professionalism and responsiveness
• Teach skills in-the-moment to support progress and treatment integrity
• Travel between clinics and client homes as required

Position Requirements

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification within first 30-days
• High school diploma or GED required
• Desire to work with young children with behavioral challenges
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
