Compleat Kidz is hiring for one-on-one ABA services, delivering clinic-based and in-home sessions under the supervision of a BCBA. You will help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Travel between clinics and client homes is required. Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days is required, with a high school diploma or GED. Full-time benefits available.

Position Overview

You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children in both clinic and in-home settings. Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect data and complete session documentation
• Support clients and families with professionalism and responsiveness
• Teach skills in-the-moment to support progress and treatment integrity
• Travel between clinics and client homes as required

Position Requirements

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification within first 30-days
• High school diploma or GED required
• Desire to work with young children with behavioral challenges
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
