Compleat KiDZ is seeking a dedicated RBT to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clinic and in-home settings under the supervision of a BCBA. You will help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Responsibilities include data collection, progress documentation, and collaboration with families. Travel between clinics and client homes is expected as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification within first 30 days
• High school diploma or GED required
• Desire to work with young children with behavioral challenges
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance

Position Overview
