Compleat Kidz is hiring for part-time afternoon shifts at the Monroe Clinic to deliver one-on-one ABA services to children in clinic and home settings under BCBA supervision.

You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and document sessions while supporting families with professionalism and responsiveness. Travel between sites may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification within first 30 days.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Desire to work with young children with behavioral challenges.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.

Position Overview - Part-Time Afternoons

We're hiring BTs & RBTs for Part-Time afternoon shifts at our Monroe Clinic.
You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children in both clinic and in-home settings. Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect data and complete session documentation
• Support clients and families with professionalism and responsiveness
• Teach skills in-the-moment to support progress and treatment integrity
• Travel between clinics and client homes as required

Position Requirements

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification within first 30-days
• High school diploma or GED required
• Desire to work with young children with behavioral challenges
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
