Job summary

Compleat KiDZ in North Carolina is seeking a dedicated RBT to provide one-on-one ABA services in clinic and in-home settings under the supervision of a BCBA. You will help children build communication, social and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

You will collect data, complete session documentation, and support families with professionalism. Travel between clinics and client homes as required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Desire to work with young children with behavioral challenges.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.

Position Overview

You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children in both clinic and in-home settings. Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

• Implement individualized behavior plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect data and complete session documentation
• Support clients and families with professionalism and responsiveness
• Teach skills in-the-moment to support progress and treatment integrity
• Travel between clinics and client homes as required
