Compleat KiDZ is a fast-growing network of pediatric therapy clinics dedicated to evidence-based care.

We’re hiring BTs and RBTs for Part-Time afternoon shifts at our Monroe Clinic to provide one-on-one ABA services in clinic and in-home settings under the supervision of a BCBA.

Applicants should have an active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days), a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check.

• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

• Support clients and families with professionalism and responsiveness.
• Teach skills to support progress and treatment integrity.
• Travel between clinics and client homes as required.

Position Overview

We're hiring BTs & RBTs for Part-Time afternoon shifts at our Monroe Clinic. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children in both clinic and in-home settings. Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect data and complete session documentation
• Support clients and families with professionalism and responsiveness
• Teach skills in-the-moment to support progress and treatment integrity
• Travel between clinics and client homes as required

Position Requirements
