Summary

Leads stakeholder discovery and business assessment activities for CXI Platform, Claims, or G&A workstreams, translating current-state insights into actionable business recommendations. CXI Discovery Scope Stakeholder interviews, current-state assessment, operating model review, domain discovery, process discovery, business alignment, and recommendations.

Responsibilities
