Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of professional IT Business Analyst experience in complex enterprise environments.
• Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and functional specification authoring.
• Strong familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Outstanding analytical problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication capabilities.
• Proficiency with requirements management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, and Azure DevOps.

As an SR. IT Business Analyst in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) via CCGT LLC, you will serve as a principal technical authority responsible for leading requirements elicitation, gap analysis, and functional solution design for complex IT modernization initiatives. Your daily responsibilities will encompass conducting stakeholder workshops, mapping end-to-end workflows, authoring comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborating with software engineering teams. You will drive sprint planning, manage product backlogs, support UAT cycles, and ensure full alignment between business objectives and technical deliverables.
