Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. seeks a highly analytical Business Analyst/Consultant II to lead discovery and assessment activities across CXI Platform, Claims, and G&A workstreams in the healthcare domain.

You will map current-state operations, identify gaps, and translate findings into actionable recommendations to support transformation. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and the ability to develop executive-ready summaries and roadmaps for leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Management Consulting, or Transformation roles.
• Proven ability to facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and assessment sessions.
• Experience documenting current-state processes, requirements, gap analyses, and transformation recommendations.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business challenges and discovery findings into actionable recommendations.
• Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with business, operations, product, and functional stakeholders.
• Plan and facilitate interviews, discovery sessions, workshops, and alignment meetings.
• Conduct current-state assessments of processes, workflows, operating models, and capabilities.
• Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Document business rules, process dependencies, and constraints.
• Analyze findings and develop actionable recommendations for transformation.
• Translate insights into assessment deliverables, roadmaps, and opportunity plans.
• Create executive-ready summaries and presentation packages for leadership.
• Collaborate with Architects, PMO, Product Owners, and Data Science teams on feasible solutions.
• Facilitate discussions between business and technical teams to ensure alignment.
