Applicants must have four years of college and two years HR experience, with state agency hiring and supervisory experience preferred. Background checks and a drug screen are required for employment.

• Two years interpreting and implementing the Personnel Code and bargaining agreements.
• One year supervisory or lead worker experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the agency Hiring Coordinator.
• Coordinate the civilian hiring process.
• Interpret bargaining unit rules, personnel rules, and agency regulations related to personnel and hiring.
• Prepare reports and complete special projects for the Hiring unit.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned within scope.
