Responsibilities

• Manage the professional staff hiring process for the Division Commander.
• Maintain applicant files and coordinate active recruiting efforts.
• Oversee new employee orientation and mentoring programs.
• Manage offer letters and promotions processes for professional staff.
• Coordinate interviews, tests, and selection with interview chairs.
• Communicate with commanders regarding promotions and qualifications.
• Coordinate recruitment with educational facilities and external partners.
• Initiate background investigations and related screenings.
• Ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity, ADA, and related laws.
• Assist with job descriptions, department databases, and special projects.
