Qualifications

• Prior ROI fulfillment experience preferred.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to prioritize, organize, and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated documentation and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of HIPAA and privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process ROI requests for medical records in a timely and accurate manner.
• Verify patient authorizations for HIPAA compliance.
• Log and track requests in ROI system and file records securely.
• Ensure proper invoicing and billing accuracy for services.
• Protect confidentiality and handle PHI with care.
