Job summary

Southwest Network is seeking an intake referrals coordinator to process and coordinate member referrals, ensuring requests meet HIPAA requirements and are documented timely. The role requires healthcare experience, CPR/First Aid training, and a valid Arizona driver’s license.

The candidate should have an Associate’s degree or medical records certification and be proficient with EMR software and Microsoft Office. 21+ years old with fingerprint clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or medical records certification preferred.
• Minimum 1 year healthcare experience, preferably with medical records collection/disbursement.
• Arizona fingerprint clearance card required.
• CPR, First Aid and Therapeutic Options training required.
• Valid Arizona driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Process and coordinate member intake referrals.
• Receive and review service requests and coordinate appropriate referral interventions.
• Ensure requests include documentation and are processed timely and in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
