Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, open, and review documented requests.
• Log releases into ROI tracking in Epic within 72 hours.
• Respond to requests for medical records or itemized bills promptly and accurately.
• Educate and communicate with patients, attorneys, insurers, and hospital departments.
• Assist patients with MyChart issues and password assistance.
