Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in a medical office or health information management setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process ROI requests: organize, adjudicate, and track inEpic ROI module within 2-5 days.
• Perform quality checks on releases, ensure confidentiality and proper invoicing.
• Educate and respond to inquiries from patients, attorneys, and Hartford HealthCare team members.
• Participate in HIPAA and regulatory training sessions.
• Support daily ROI unit operations and related duties.
