Qualifications

• Ability to read, write legibly, speak and comprehend English.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients or customers professionally and provide general information.
• Answer phones and route requests related to release of information.
• Prioritize and retrieve medical records from various locations.
• Track and deliver records electronically following procedures.
• Handle all requests for protected health information via mail, fax, phone or in person.
• Generate invoices and release of information acknowledgements using Chartmaxx or Meditech.
