UofL Health is hiring an ROI Technician II at Jewish Hospital to process release of information requests from outside facilities and attorneys. The role safeguards patient privacy, ensures HIPAA compliance, and maintains accurate ROI records across multiple hospital systems.

The candidate will retrieve medical records, respond within standard timeframes, and collaborate with departments to meet confidentiality standards. High school diploma and 5 years ROI experience preferred.

Competenze

• High School education is required.
• 5 years’ experience in release of information (ROI) is preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and ROI processes is essential.

Mansioni

• Process ROI requests from attorneys, courts, and 3rd parties.
• Meet productivity standards: 7–10 business days per request.
• Retrieve and copy/upload medical records per requests and procedures.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and privacy of PHI at all times.
• Operate office equipment and ROI tracking systems.
