Responsibilities

• Assemble, analyze, and abstract medical records for accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with hospital staff to ensure timely, complete medical record completion.
• Respond to requests for protected health information per HIPAA guidelines.
• Demonstrate proficiency with dictation and transcription systems.
