Job summary

Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced HIM Operations Analyst to monitor KPIs, coordinate deployments, and document policies. The role supports training, time studies, and quality reviews across HIM activities, including Epic Community Connect users.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of HIM Revenue Cycle experience, excellent Excel skills, and strong communication abilities to partner with leadership and stakeholders. Full-time, 40 hours weekly, M-F 9a-5:30p.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Health Information Management Operations or Revenue Cycle
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proficiency with Excel pivot tables and data visualization

Responsibilities

• Analyze volumes, metrics, and KPIs to monitor area performance
• Coordinate deployments, document policies, and update job aids
• Lead training for assigned areas and collaborate with Educational Services
• Perform time studies and support productivity tracking tools
• Conduct audits and quality reviews and present findings to leadership
• Prepare data-rich presentations for executive meetings and training sessions
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in handling patient information
