You will lead trainings, design educational materials with Educational Services, and collaborate across teams to drive improvements. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint skills are essential.

Formación

• Experience in Health Information Management Operations or Revenue Cycle for 5 years.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced PowerPoint presentations.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient privacy guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzes volumes, metrics, and KPIs to monitor success and identify focus areas.
• Coordinates deployments and documentation of new policies and procedures.
• Monitors workflows and reports; collaborates with leadership on new functionality as SME.
• Leads training sessions and develops educational materials with Educational Services.
• Performs time studies and supports productivity tracking tools.
• Produces quality assurance reports and communicates results to leadership.
