Job summary

MedCadre is seeking an experienced HIM Director to lead Health Information Management operations, ensuring accuracy, security, accessibility, and compliance of patient information across the organization.

You will oversee staff, manage medical records and coding, and drive privacy, confidentiality, and regulatory adherence while collaborating with clinical and administrative leadership to improve documentation processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• RHIA or RHIT certification (preferred/required as applicable).
• Previous HIM leadership or management experience.
