With a calm presence and a genuine passion for hospitality, the Spa Greeter ensures every guest feels comfortable, cared for, and ready to begin their Tocaloma Spa journey. As the Spa’s welcoming superstar, the Greeter/Cashier transforms the reception area into a haven of hospitality! You’ll be the first smile guests see, greeting everyone with genuine warmth and cheerful charm. Whether answering phones or assisting visitors in person, you’ll handle appointments, reservations, and questions with effortless grace — making each guest feel like a VIP. Every interaction is a chance to brighten someone’s day and keep the spa’s energy flowing smoothly!
