Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality at Hilton Phoenix Tapatio Cliffs Resort is seeking a part-time Spa Greeter & Cashier. The role welcomes guests, assists with check-in, and helps maintain a calm, premium spa atmosphere.

You’ll handle calls and bookings, promote services with enthusiasm, and ensure guests feel valued from arrival to departure. A high school diploma and strong guest service skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; must demonstrate strong financial and arithmetic skills.
• Bring a positive, upbeat personality with a passion for outstanding guest service and effective communication.
• Ability to multi-task, stay detail-oriented, and solve problems for both guests and coworkers, even under pressure.
• Listen actively, clarify concerns, and maintain composure and objectivity in fast-paced situations.

Responsibilities
