The Crescent Hotels Group is seeking a PT Spa/Fitness Locker Room Attendant for our Hilton Phoenix Resort at the Peak. Join a welcoming team responsible for towel, robe, and locker room service, ensuring clean facilities and supplies for daily spa treatments.

We value friendly, professional staff with strong communication and guest-service skills, ready to work AM/PM shifts including weekends. Training and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Must communicate in English at all times.
• Maintain a professional appearance and manner.
• Self-motivated with good problem resolution skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to scrub/scour surfaces and reach overhead for cleaning tasks.
• School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests by providing towels, robes, sandals, locker room supplies and refreshments.
• Maintain day‑to‑day cleaning of Fitness/Spa locker rooms, trash removal, and linen handling.
• Keep linen supplies clean and prepare products for daily spa treatments.
• Provide courteous, timely service to guests and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.

Service guests as needed, handing out towels, robes, sandals, locker assistance, refreshments and other amenities. Maintain the day-to-day cleaning of the Fitness/Spa (with main emphasis on locker rooms, including removal of trash and soiled linen, terry etc.). Maintain clean linen supplies, launder linens and prepare product supplies for daily treatments.

A Spa/Fitness Locker Room Attendant takes part in servicing our guests around our beautiful Resort. This task is to be handled in a friendly, courteous, timely, and professional manner resulting in an extremely high level of guest satisfaction. Required Skills and Abilities

Must have the ability to communicate in English. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Self-motivating personality with good problem resolution skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. Ability to scrub and scour surfaces, extending arms over head to perform cleaning tasks. School diploma or equivalent preferred.
