Job summary

Johnson Service Group (JSG) seeks a Supervising Electrical Designer to support the Sentinel Program at Hill AFB in Ogden, UT. The role leads a design team delivering NFPA 70 compliant facility designs using AutoCAD, SmartSketch, and SmartPlant 3D.

The position is 100% onsite with per diem and a 12-month contract. U.S. Citizenship and an active security clearance (or ability to obtain) are required.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or Certificate in Engineering/CAD.
• 10+ years of experience providing technical reviews of designs and leading a team of designers.
• Experience on physical design of industrial and/or nuclear facilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project schedule and ensure design deliverables are completed on time.
• Lead team of 10-12 designers with time records and quarterly reviews.
• Perform technical reviews to ensure customer and code compliance.
