- Develop and execute end-to-end feature validation strategies on dSPACE HIL platforms.
- Design, modify, and maintain HIL bench hardware configurations to support feature testing.
- Create, review, and modify CAD designs for HIL fixtures, mounting brackets, connectors, wiring panels, and custom hardware adaptations.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams to develop and improve HIL infrastructure.
- Integrate vehicle ECUs, sensors, actuators, and communication networks into HIL environments.
- Configure and maintain dSPACE hardware and software components, including SCALEXIO platforms and I/O interfaces.
- Utilize Vector toolchains for network analysis, diagnostics, calibration, and validation activities.
- Develop and execute test cases for functional, integration, and system-level verification.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, communication, and simulation issues during HIL testing.
- Support commissioning, bring-up, and maintenance activities for HIL benches.
- Review system requirements and ensure complete traceability to validation artifacts.
- Work closely with development teams to reproduce, analyze, and resolve defects.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, standards, and automation frameworks.
