Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead HIL test planning, strategy, execution, and reporting.
• Develop and review test cases, test scenarios, and automated test scripts.
• Configure and maintain HIL test benches and simulation environments.
• Perform ECU validation using tools such as dSPACE, CANoe/CANalyzer, MATLAB/Simulink, and related HIL platforms.
• Analyze test results, troubleshoot failures, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with Software, Systems, Hardware, and Validation teams to resolve defects.
• Support CAN, CAN FD, LIN, Ethernet, UDS, and other automotive communication testing.
• Track defects and testing progress using Jira and ALM systems.
• Mentor HIL test engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Ensure compliance with automotive development and testing processes such as ASPICE and ISO 26262.
