Job summary

Global Connect Technologies in Mossville, IL seeks an experienced HIL Test Lead to head hardware-in-the-loop testing for automotive embedded systems. You will develop test strategy, review cases, configure HIL benches, and coordinate with software, systems, and hardware teams.

You will mentor engineers, perform root-cause analysis, ensure ASPICE and ISO 26262 practices, and drive validation of ECUs with tools like dSPACE, MATLAB/Simulink, CANoe/CANalyzer; experience with Jira/ALM helpful.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HIL testing/automotive embedded validation.
• Strong experience with dSPACE HIL, MATLAB/Simulink, CANoe/CANalyzer.
• Experience with ECU testing, diagnostics, and automotive communication protocols.
• Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills.
• Experience leading or mentoring a validation/testing team.
• Knowledge of ASPICE, ISO 26262, and automotive software development processes is preferred.

Responsibilities
