Job summary

Satyam Venture Engineering Services is seeking an experienced HIL Validation Engineer to lead end-to-end feature validation on dSPACE HIL platforms. The role focuses on validating automotive systems, bench development, CAD modifications, and ECU integration within simulation environments.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on dSPACE and Vector toolchain experience, HIL bench architecture know-how, hardware integration skills, and a track record in ADAS, Chassis, or Infotainment testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in automotive validation, integration testing, or HIL testing.
• Proven experience with end-to-end feature validation on HIL platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end feature validation strategies on dSPACE HIL platforms.
• Design, modify, and maintain HIL bench hardware configurations to support feature testing.
• Create, review, and modify CAD designs for HIL fixtures, mounting brackets, connectors, wiring panels, and custom hardware adaptations.
