Job summary

Intellectt Inc seeks an experienced HiL Validation Engineer to lead automotive system testing and validation across ADAS, Powertrain, Brakes, or Safety domains using Hardware-in-the-Loop platforms.

You will design test plans, implement automation, and guide cross-functional teams to ensure traceability from requirements to validated results. Strong scripting (Python/CAPL/EXAM) and hands-on tool experience with dSPACE, Vector, and NI are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
• 3+ years of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong automotive validation and HIL automation experience.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HiL validation efforts across ADAS, Powertrain, Brakes, or Safety systems.
• Develop and execute test plans and traceability to requirements.
• Mentor and coordinate cross-functional test teams.
• Automate tests using Python, CAPL, EXAM, or NI TestStand.

Key Skills:

• HIL testing using dSPACE, Vector, ETAS LABCAR, or NI.
• Vector CANoe, CANalyzer, VTestStudio, and VT System.
• Test automation using Python, CAPL, EXAM, or NI TestStand.
• MATLAB/Simulink and automotive protocols: CAN, LIN, Ethernet, FlexRay.
• Test plan development, requirements-based testing, system validation, and traceability.
• Experience with vehicle integration, diagnostics, and leading test teams.
