Qualifications

• ABET-accredited undergraduate pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering and an interest in transportation projects.
• Full-time student pursuing an ABET-accredited undergraduate degree in civil engineering with an interest in transportation projects.
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office for document creation and communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with basic design tasks, including research, simple studies, and layout support.
• Help prepare drawings and documents for programming, schematic design, modeling, graphics, design development, and construction phases.
• Support the creation of presentation and marketing materials.
• Assist with construction phase activities, including site visits, RFI responses, reviewing shop drawings, and updating record drawings.
• Follow established quality control procedures and learn department standards and best practices.
• Develop basic design, analysis, and technical skills through hands-on experience.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with team members.
• Receive guidance from supervisors and team leaders.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, interior designers, and other multidisciplinary team members.
