Qualifications

• Five years of related work experience or equivalent.
• A valid motor vehicle operator’s license is required.
• Must obtain Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) within six months of placement.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, instructs, and supervises foremen in all phases of Kershaw County operations.
• Checks and consults with foremen and work crews daily.
• Reviews reports, time sheets, and cost records; recommends personnel actions.
