Job summary

Kershaw Maintenance is seeking a foreman-level supervisor to plan, organize, and oversee field operations in Kershaw County. You will supervise foremen, review reports, and coordinate with officials and the public on field issues.

The role requires five years of related work experience and a valid CDL Class A license within six months. You must be able to input data in HMMS and EPMS, manage crews during emergencies, and ensure safety and compliance with procedures.

Qualifications

• Five years of related work experience.
• Valid CDL Class A required within six months of placement.
• Valid motor vehicle operator’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, instructs, and supervises foremen.
• Checks with foremen and work crews daily.
• Reviews reports, time sheets, and cost records.
• Recommends personnel actions including promotions, transfers.
• Rates employees according to EPMS.
• Communicates with local officials and the public while handling field complaints.
• Manages assigned crews during emergencies or inclement weather; may cover extended shifts.
• Inputs maintenance data into HMMS and other computer programs.
• Maintains completion levels aligned with business plan goals.
• Verifies data entered by foremen and compiles daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
