You will coordinate traffic control for safe work zones, assist in emergency operations, and may work extended hours or 12-hour shifts as needed. A valid CDL is required within six months of placement.

Formación

• One year of related work experience or an approved equivalent.
• Valid motor vehicle operator’s license is required.
• Must obtain a Class A CDL within six months of placement.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs and working near traffic.

Responsabilidades

• Operate heavy-duty equipment (grader, backhoe, excavator) for highway maintenance.
• Install roadway signs and perform related repairs.
• Coordinate traffic control devices for safe work zones.
• Work extended hours or 12-hour shifts as needed.
