Job summary

The role requires two years of related experience, a valid driver's license, and CDL certification within six months.

Qualifications

• Two years of related work experience or an approved acceptable equivalence.
• A valid motor vehicle operator's license is required.
• Requires attainment of a Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) within six months of placement.

Responsibilities

• Lead a crew of Highway Maintenance Workers performing road and right-of-way maintenance.
• Assist in supervising county-wide drainage projects using backhoe or excavator.
• Set up traffic control according to MUTCD and SCDOT standards.
• Maintain weekly and monthly reports and time sheets; handle essential HMMS paperwork.
