Qualifications

• Within 6 months, attain a Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance crew and assign daily tasks.
• Operate motorized equipment as needed in various maintenance activities.
• Plan and schedule routine and preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate traffic control setup and safety measures for work zones.
• Document daily work in the Highway Maintenance Management system.
• Instruct crew on safety practices and PPE usage.
