Job summary

• Two years of related work experience or equivalent.
• Valid motor vehicle operator's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on roads and bridges on the state highway system.
• Operate motorized equipment for construction and maintenance work.
• Act as Crew Leader in absence and assist Crew Foreman with scheduling.
• Record daily work and materials in HMMS/EAMS systems; review maintenance requests.
• Coordinate traffic control devices to protect work zones.
• Conduct safety inspections on vehicles and equipment; ensure routine maintenance.
